If someone believes they are entitled to sit in judgment as to whether a patient is entitled to having a prescription filled, they are not qualified to be pharmacists.
This is just another instance of religious dogma (or, to be precise, evangelical Christian dogma, currently the loudest in the American public square) trying to shape and control civic life.
