A pharmacist at Target refused to fill an emergency contraception prescription. This is not the first instance this has happened. Where will this stop? If someone believes they are entitled to sit in judgment as to whether a patient is entitled to having a prescription filled, they are not qualified to be pharmacists.

This is just another instance of religious dogma (or, to be precise, evangelical Christian dogma, currently the loudest in the American public square) trying to shape and control civic life. Please stand up for the independence of church and state and for individuals' right to the medical treatment they and their doctors choose.
